The Ruger® American Rimfire Bolt-Action Rifles combine the rugged reliability of Ruger’s past craftsmanship with the groundbreaking innovative creations of Ruger’s present. The Ruger Marksman Adjustable™ trigger offers a crisp release with a pull weight that is user-adjustable between 3-5 lb. Ergonomic, lightweight black composite stock blends a classic look with modern forend contouring and serrated grips. Matte-black barrel is hammer-forged, offering ultraprecise rifling that provides accuracy, longevity and ease of cleaning. One-piece three-lug bolt with 70° throw provides ample scope clearance and utilizes a full diameter bolt body and dual cocking cams for smooth, easy cycling. The integral bedding block system known as Power Bedding™ positively locates the receiver and free floats the barrel. Reliable rotary magazine fits flush with the stock and offers smooth feeding. Compact model features a shorter length of pull (12-1/2-inches) and a reduction in overall length of more than 5-inches. A 3/8-inch rimfire scope base is machined into the receiver, which is also drilled and tapped for Weaver® #12 bases (not included). Tang safety. MOA accuracy. Soft rubber recoil pad. Features Williams fiber-optic front sight, and adjustable V-slot folding rear sight. Uses detachable 10/22®-style rotary magazines.
