Backcountry is a locally owned and operated outdoor sporting goods store located in the heart of the Peace region, truly the perfect place for any outdoor enthusiasts. Founded with humble beginnings in 1998, Backcountry has continued to grow to be one of the premier outdoor sporting goods store in BC.

While our main focus is in local hunting and fishing opportunities, we love to embrace all aspects of the outdoors. Our staff are always looking forward to being outdoors doing a variety of activities such as hiking, kayaking, archery, hunting, fishing, shooting, and general camping. Our staff aren’t just here to tell you about a product, they are here to tell you about their first hand experiences with the products.
